If you cannot remember your password, WiCard provides a secure, easy recovery process. Follow these steps to regain access to your account.
On the Sign In page, click the Forgot Password? link. You will be redirected to the Password Reset page.
Enter the email address associated with your WiCard account.
Click the Send Password Reset Link button. WiCard will send a secure password reset email to your inbox.
Look for the WiCard password recovery email. Also check these folders if necessary:
- Spam folder
- Junk folder
- Promotions folder
Inside the email, click the password reset link. The link will redirect you to a secure password reset page.
Choose a new secure password that meets the following requirements.
- Minimum 8 characters
- Uppercase letter
- Lowercase letter
- Number
- Special character (e.g. @, #, !)
Enter the same password again in the confirmation field. Make sure both passwords match exactly.
Click Update Password or Reset Password. Your new password will immediately replace the old one.
Return to the Sign In page, enter your registered email address and your new password, then click Sign In to access your account.
Didn't receive the email? Verify the email address you entered and check all email folders including Spam and Junk. Ensure you are checking the correct inbox, then request another reset link.
