- The client scrolls through your digital card interface, hits the "Book Appointment" button, and is presented with your real-time availability calendar.
- The client selects an available date from the interactive grid (e.g., the 14th of the current month).
- The system displays the vacant, active time slots configured for that specific day. The client chooses their preferred hour.
- The client clicks "Book Now" and inputs their required contact metadata: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and explicit Consultation Objectives before submitting the form.
For independent consulting firms and premium services, activate the "Paid Consultations" feature inside your configuration panel. Set a financial value for your time slots. The platform will require successful payment processing before the appointment slot is confirmed.
When an appointment request is logged, manage the workflow using the following built-in controls.
- Real-Time Notifications: The platform sends immediate in-app dashboard alerts and email notifications containing the client information and booking criteria.
- Control Actions: Review the request in your Smart Calendar panel to choose Confirm, Cancel, or Reschedule.
